IBIKEITALY and FLORENCETOWN operate with local license of Florence APT, D.I.A. of February 2007, under the name of Worlding Solutions Tour Operator.
Please not that a few unauthorized companies are offering this kind of tours illegally.
In order to offer a “TOUR”, no matter what, you are oblige to obtain a Tour Operator license, which should be issued by APT (tourist office) of Florence.
No matter if you are a sport institution or an association of whatever.. Italian laws state that you need to be an official TOUR OPERATOR.
This will guarantee you are travelling with an official company which pays regular taxes, have a trained staff and a professional director, registered offices and C.R. INSURANCE.
Most of our competitors operates with NO license and most importantly, NO insurance!
An easy tip on how to spot them.. “Cash payment only” companies are likely to be illegal.
