After you receive your ticket for the tour, it's up to you when to use it!** We do ask for a ballpark date for your tour, but the exact day is up to you so that you can remain flexible in your travel plans. When you decide on the day you want to take the tour, you simply need to call our office in Florence at least 2 days in advance, and reserve your spot. It's that easy! Included with your ticket for the tour will be an information sheet detailing when, where, and how to contact us in Florence for the tour; as well as what to expect and bring with you. Also, we've included a few tips and ideas on what to do while in Florence when you're not riding a bike or taking a hike. Refunds: Single-day tours - Tickets are transferable. We don't want to keep your money if you don't do the tour but we do have operating costs to cover; hence, any unused ticket returned to us will incur a $15.00 handling fee per participant. Two-day tour - A minimal $25.00 cancellation fee will apply to cancellations made up to two weeks before trip departure. After that, a $50.00 cancellation fee per participant will be retained. Cancelling the day before the tour, or on the day of the tour will result in only a half payment refund. **This flexability option is available only for the single-day tours. The two-day Florence to Siena requires a fixed date of participation at the time of signing up. Discounts! Yes, we offer student discounts, under 26 years old discounts, and group discounts for group sizes of 8 or more! When sending in payment, just include a photocopy of any I.D. that proves your age or status as a student, and take $5.00 off the price of any tour!
